Description
The magical combination of hawthorn fruit and lemon balm gives the tea a wonderful taste with a slight bitterness and bright lemon notes.
Ingredients: lemon balm herb, (40%) hawthorn fruit. (60%)
Preparation method: Boil fresh water (~200 ml) and pour into a cup over one or two tea bags. Cover the cup with the saucer and steep for 4 to 7 minutes, then remove the tea bag. Add sugar or honey to taste.
Storage conditions: store in a dry place, at a relative humidity of not more than 75%.
